I don't have any pal but I was still able to upvote some posts and it counted as a regular steem upvote. I thought it would only count as a "pal" vote, but apparently it works for both. Is this the intended behavior? Just want to make sure before I try to vote further. Thanks! Edit to add that I did the votes through the palnet.io site.
