17 June 2026

Dubai’s real estate registry recorded 1,011 transactions on 17 June 2026 with a total declared value of AED 2,330,022,805.

Sales transactions represented the largest share of daily activity. Off-plan assets led by transaction count, while ready properties held a slightly higher share of total value.

A further 111 active localities recorded transactions outside the top ten, with a combined value of AED 1,267,873,570 (USD 345,201,924). The next highest recorded areas included DUBAI HILLS, Nad Al Shiba First, and PALM JUMEIRAH.

Conclusion

The registry shows broad market distribution across residential units, land parcels, and villas, with flats accounting for the largest volume under the unit category. Freehold ownership remained dominant across the day’s activity.

Transaction values remained concentrated in a limited number of high-value districts, while secondary areas continued to record steady deal flow across both ready and off-plan inventory.
