The Dubai rental registry recorded 4,445 transactions on 18 June 2026 with a total registered value of AED 2,413,804,626.
New contracts accounted for the larger share of value, while renewals led in transaction count. Residential assets remained the largest segment by volume, while commercial assets recorded substantial concentration in value.

The remaining 142 active localities recorded a combined transaction value of AED 395,383,132 (USD 107,660,485). The next highest areas after the top ten were Al Saffa First, Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid, and Al Safouh Second.
Conclusion
The unit segment accounted for 3,941 registrations, representing the largest share of daily rental activity. Within that segment, flats recorded 2,784 contracts totaling AED 1,190,275,036, while offices contributed AED 533,808,151 across 423 leases.
Villa transactions totaled AED 212,018,143, making them the second-largest asset class by value after units. Across localities, transaction value remained concentrated in Dubai Investment Park Second and Al Thanyah Fifth, which together accounted for just over AED 1.1 billion of the day’s rental registrations.
