The Dubai Land Department registered 1,060 sales transactions on 18 June 2026 with a combined declared value of AED 2,946,785,230. Off-plan properties accounted for most of the day’s transaction volume, while ready properties carried the larger share of transferred value.
Freehold assets represented the dominant share of registrations. Residential transactions remained the primary market segment by count, while commercial assets accounted for a notable concentration of value.

Conclusion
The largest single-value locality for the day was PALM JUMEIRAH, while Madinat Al Mataar recorded the highest transaction count among the leading ten districts. Unit transfers accounted for most registrations, while land assets carried the strongest average value per transaction.
