I took this last night. It's been overcast the whole month...well, nearly the entire 5 months I've lived in Washington! But yesterday was particularly clear and you can see beyond a faint outline of the Volcano - Mount Rainier along Seattle's Backdrop.
This area is a popular spot for photography and a must if you're visiting Seattle. This with the Jose Rizal Bridge offers amazing views of the Seattle skyline.

Great capture! I'm a fan of Ferris Wheels; and, love how this one almost upstages the Needle.
That teeny tiny view of the wheel lifts one's eyes to the beautiful mountain view.

Great shot! A surprising amount of light too for blue hour! Iso 100 at f8 and a relatively fast exposure!
