South of Salt Lake City are Utah's under-appreciated Little Sahara Sand Dunes. It's a veritable playground for a photographer - with so many possible angles, the dunes are beautiful at sunrise, sunset and at night, by star or moonlight; I keep coming back here to try new things.

Its amazing to think that the US has so many diverse geographical areas; mountains, dessert, swamp-land, prairies. This shot is quite spectacular!
