Tornado near Panglao island - Philippines
in the Philippines, tornadoes and hurricanes are not uncommon, so I took no chances and took a picture from afar.

Why were those people just standing there watching it till it reached them? Crazy!!!

whoa!!! that's strange, tornadoes are pretty rare in this country. Look how curious the onlookers are not knowing the danger of being into it. Scary.
