If you go to one of the "rich areas" of the city you find, first of all, a lot of trash. But the locals don't throw away only the common, cheep waste like cigarette butts or candy wrappers. They also throw away the real luxury items like old cooling and freezing appliances, broken toasters and defective televisions. e-waste-paradise!
