Thanks! A big part of getting that is using a high quality circular polarizer. I never shoot landscape without one if the sun is out. Extremely handy filter.

        Man, that would be a pretty big tutorial, delving into many aspects of photography and angles/CPL use, maybe I'll find time to make a tutorial, but quickly, I'd saw find a cheap circular polarizer for your lens and start playing around, thats how learned :)
