Does she like hot lemon tea with rye bread plus butter, garlic and a little bit of salt? I'm having it now. Probably butter wouldn't work for her.

She can't have the lemon, the grain, the butter or the garlic. A little salt is okay :D
Is there any chance she will outgrow her allergies?

Yes, that is why we are doing it the way we are with the slow introduction of foods and testing process. If we do it too fast, the allergies are more likely to persist.
