First batch of photos of the old Sams Seafood tropical Tiki style restaurant

It's been closed for some time now and it looks pretty worn out. One of the last tiki places around SoCal. It's shame to see it go. I wanted to get some photos in case they tear it down which seems likely. This is some extra prime real estate on PCH in Surfside California. I have not much trust in developers. Hopefully it will not be zoned for condos...
