According to Wikipedia based on Forbes Magazine, 2208 persons are USD billionaires in the world (2017) - of these 585 in the USA and 14 in Norway. This means there are more USD Dollar billionaires per million people in Norway (2.6 of 5.300.000) than in the USA (1,9 of 300.000.000)!
