Poloniex withdraw money issues

#warning I withdrew LTC from @Poloniex yesterday and despite the transaction is "complete", I don't have my funds yet.

I have also checked the block explorer and the txid does not exist. I had issued a support ticket but not answer yet.. have anyone else have been having this issues?

          I don't want to create chaos, but are we seeing the beginning of a scam? or things like this has been happening since long time ago?
