If you want to trade and(or) store value on safe place I can recommend you BitShares distributed exchange (DEX) which is unstoppable. It is pure blockchain, not a web site. Nobody can block withdrawal of you coins nor steal it.

Bitshares is very interesting, similar to stock and derivatives market. One thing to get used to is the intermediary currency (for dollar, euro, yuan, etc...) it seems but looks very promising if volume picks up.
