The Diary Game: How I Manage Stress While Building an Online Income [16/08/2026]
Trying to build an online income can feel exciting and stressful at the same time.
There are days when progress feels slow, when engagement is low, or when I start comparing myself to others.
I’ve had to learn how to manage that stress so it doesn’t take over.
Here’s what helps me:
- I set small daily goals instead of huge ones
Focusing on one or two meaningful actions each day feels more manageable than chasing big results all the time. - I take short breaks on purpose
When I notice myself getting tense, I step away for a few minutes

stretch, walk, or just look away from the screen. - I limit how often I check numbers
Constantly refreshing rewards or comparing posts creates unnecessary pressure. I try to check less often. - I remind myself that progress is rarely linear
Some weeks are quiet. That doesn’t mean nothing is happening. Consistency still matters. - I talk about it or write it down
Getting the stress out of my head (even in a short note) helps me feel lighter.
Building something online takes time. Protecting my mental energy is just as important as creating content.
How do you deal with stress when you’re working on long-term goals?
I’d really like to know what works for you share it in the comments.

Me hiciste acordar a la comida de mi abuela. Esa receta es parecida a la que ella hacía los domingos.
Justo estaba leyendo sobre este tema y tu post me terminó de aclarar varios puntos. Se nota que investigaste antes de escribir.
Thank you, I really appreciate.
