Flipping a Hoarder House

in #realestate8 years ago

We bought this house over 15 months ago! Everything that could go wrong did. We had to replace the first contractor. The second took forever to finish and we had to do much more work than we thought.

We spent $80k fixing it up. Bought it for $85k and will list for $249,900.

Looks great! Well done guys

At least the end was worth it, small and comfy. My type do place.

It should work out okay, but it sure was a pain!

Was the back room not permitted? Why did you replace it with a porch?

We did not repalce it with a porch. We left the house as it was, except the front porch was removed since it was falling down and replaced with the deck

Was there anything valuable in that pile?

I dunno why but I always feel like there are some treasures in those hoarder houses. lol

Me too, but there never seems to be anything
