Ingredients:

• thin lavash
• chicken breast
• a tomato
• cucumber (fresh or pickled)
• lettuce
• mayonnaise, sour cream or Greek yogurt
• vegetable or olive oil
• salt, pepper, spices to taste

Preparation:

• Chicken fillet cut into slices or strips. Then you need to lightly sprinkle it with oil and add seasonings. Let's brew for three or four minutes and fry until crisp 7-10 minutes.

• Salad and cucumbers cut into strips, tomatoes - half rings.

• We prepare the sauce: mix a couple of spoons of mayonnaise and sour cream, add a couple of garlic cloves passed through garlic crock, season with salt and pepper to taste.

• Lavash is divided into two parts, the central one - with sauce. Then we spread salad, tomatoes, chicken, then again lettuce, tomatoes and grease with sauce.

• Firmly turn off, bend the edges and, at last, we warm up or fry in a heated frying pan until a golden crust is formed.
