I think it just never gets taken out of the reward pool, I haven't looked at that code properly to be sure tbh
I wonder if it causes deflation! I've heard the money spent on promotion causes deflation. Not sure if that's true or not either! Thanks for the reply anyway :]
I don't think so because nothing being destroyed - just not being created. Money spend on promo is permanently removed from supply which is deflation
