Reputation and identity integrity is super hard to achieve in a decentralized system. Can't think of any system that works well besides one that's centralized.

    I guess your mind will be blown when I produce one :D

    Either that or I'm full of it... but I think I can make one that is actually better than any centralized system could possibly achieve.
