I purchased two types of secondary batteries

I have experienced a quick charge of iPhone PD, and the normal charge is frustrating.

So I bought two batteries and bought a C to Lightning cable and found that I had a problem with the Xiao Mi battery.

For reference, the cable is genuine Apple, Belkin genuine cable

If you connect the C to lightning cable to the spare battery, the power will not turn off when the spare battery is not used. The battery status LED continues to blink. (IPhone unplugged cable only)

The power is turned off automatically when you remove the cable.

I will not use it because I do not know why it does not turn off

I do not know whether the cable itself is consuming power or the design of the secondary battery is wrong. I'm not sure how to use c to lightning from the Xiao Mi secondary battery.
