Gold Ring

I would like to but gold ring for gift. Not sure which one to buy. Most of the gold come from Dubai or Singapore. There is no doute about the quality of the gold I am thinking about design of the ring. My friend give me Idea which one to buy why you think this one is better.? I personally like small one don't like so big full finger cover with gold ring.
