Simple but smart RSI trading

When to do LONG (BUY) or SHORT (SELL)? with only RSI and price

Example of divergence:
Higher High Price action with Lower High RSI then you can see a correction of the price soon.

Lower lows on price with Higher lows RSI you can see a jump up in the price.
