Using of seat belt during a car journey is a compulsory rule drivers should always abide. Loosing of seat belt do makes car accidents worsen and brutal. As a result, most of countries in Africa, America and Europe makes a vital punishment for any driver found driving car without using seat belt. Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) in Nigeria for example is an agency meant to be capturing any driver who violate the rule of driving (using of seat belt among others)
- How do drivers found loosing of seat belt sweet?
Some drivers believe that using of seat belt is a kind of bondage which will enable them to be on a single spot throughout their trip; so loosing of the belt will give me them much privilege to gesticulate during driver as a result they derive joy. Also, some believe that loosing of seat belt will give them the quick opportunity to jump out of vehicle on the course of accident or malfunctioning of vehicles.

Reverse is the case; jumping out from vehicle with full speed on the course of car malfunctioning or accident is not advisable as its compounded with great danger and risk of live. But using of seat belt will cause the driver zero or few injuries.

# 2. Sticking out of hand or head through the vehicle's window
People risk and endanger their lives with various hazardous activities such as sticking out of hand and head through moving vehicle's window. This is a great risk as it's attracted with loss of lives. This dangerous act is found in the midst of public drivers and kids whereby it is tagged as fun or way of showing perfection and professionalism in driving.

At first, to a sensible man, sticking out of hand or head through moving vehicle's window is a bad act. But nowadays, most driver are found with their whitish teeth out when they look behind to check the degree of smoke coming out from the silencer or when they are greeting their driver colleague while driving with full speed. By so doing, they feel themselves as a great driver whom sticking out of head or hand can not cause distraction to them. Also, passengers (kids) who doesn't know the negative implication of sticking out of hands or head through car's window see the act as a joyful act. Most kids at the college are found wanted by this act; during their award or dinner party, most guys will stick their heads out while the driver will be driving with full speed.

"Every living soul is entitled with a live" they say, imagine during a collision of two cars on highway and someone have sticked out his head or hand through window. The rate of such man survival is very low. Assuming a man pull out his head through car's window in desert, by so doing he counter dust in his eyes as a result of heavy storm. Such case might result to blindness and as a driver, there might be huge loss of lives.
This act is a kind of distraction for professional drivers which might lead to accident on highway.
It is advisable not to see car as a toy or fun material but a means of conveying to ones destination which call for full attention and prayer for safe destination.

# 3. Nonobservant while walking on the road
Walking on the road (especially busy road) call for total carefulness and caution. Vehicle won't dodge a man walking but it is necessary for man who value his live to dodge vehicle. Most people are fond of walking majestically on the street without observing the movement of vehicles up and down which is very bad. By so doing some people get injured or died. Cases of people died or get injured brurally as a result of using earpiece on the road while walking, busy pressing his phone without care or being catious of vehicle.
No serious man will be walking on the road and found it funny besides excersise or sport. Because walking is a stress on it own.

"No one can value your soul like you" they say, by this,one must know his worth, value and protect oneself from any external materials that can damage oneself body. Being observant on the road while walking is very crucial as it's shows the level of seriousness of a man (for serious minded people).
If a man put earpiece on while walking and later hit by a car, such person should know that a car can't died; if spoilt, it can be repair but once soul is gone; that's the end of one's life. Why not concentrate, focus and observing while walking to avoid unnecessary accident. Road is meant for the passage of vehicles and humans but not for showcasing new shoe, clothe or earpiece one just got. It is not funny.
To minimise the casualties on the road some road safety agencies came with a rule that "face incoming vehicle while walking". By this one will get option even if something wants to happen.
