Is this a current issue? I recognize the user name @yoonjang since he abused his curation power in KR at a great deal and eventually got expelled from the community. It was a huge issue in KR last summer. I guess he hasn't learned the lesson yet?

    Once a scammer always a Scammer I'm pretty sure that he owns all the sp in the accounts @hwalol and @lifewordmission therefore there is nothing to do but I would realy love them to work for an actual community instead of syphoning steem blockchain
