Nah not really, I've seen dudes marry 3 wives and giving birth to girls only. The truth is, it boils down to a number of factors.

my mama gave birth to 5 boys, no girl.

      Yes it do happen to some. All the same sex selection in more dependent on God than man because there sometimes human calculation and arrangement for a particular gives the opposite
