Bart
Afternoon everyone…..
Today I spent a lot of time on the phone for work. Calling suppliers for pricing on materials. Which is getting worse and worse!!!! Every time I call now the prices are always increasing.
I also spent a fair amount of time on the phone with the people down the shore with the new house build. We came up with a game plan of construction. In order to get the CO (Certificate of Occupancy) they need to have all of the vanities installed, and the pantry as well. Everything else can wait until after they move in.
It actually works out better for me, both logistically and for transportation.
Nothing is written in stone yet. Until I give them a price for the pantry and the six vanities and they sign it’s all irrelevant.
