I don't really notice much difference between wired and wireless charging when it comes to battery health. I use wired charging more often because it's faster. Even the modern charging solutions used at festivals, conferences, and events, like phone charging lockers, usually provide a wired way to charge your phone. There's a locker with compartments, and each one has charging cables inside. That still seems like the best option.
