Pinoy boxer Genisis Libranza who wins the Pacman-Thurman undercard, honored

BUTUAN CITY - Police Regional Office (PRO) -13 has introduced Genisis Lagumbay Libranza following a win in the undercard bout in the Pacquiao vs Thurman fight in Las Vegas last month.

Agusanon boxer was with his son and wife in receiving the award earlier.

If it remembered, Libranza defeated Los Angeles-based Carlos Maldonado in a technical knockout in the fourth round after dominating the first round of their fight.

After the plaque of recognition was given to the boxer from Barangay Kalibunan, Cabadbaran City in Agusan del Norte, he was also given a cash gift and tactical flashlight.

Libranza also provided a pair of boxing gloves with his signature as remembrance of PRO-13.

With the victory, he recorded his new record of 19 wins, one loss and 11 knockouts.
