Jesus doesn't mean Zeus. Jesus is the Greek form of the Hebrew name Joshua. In Hebrew the meaning of the name Joshua is: Jehovah is generous. Jehovah saves.

    I think his original name Was Yeshua which would better translate as Messiah. Names had meanings in biblical times so I think we should stay with what the names meant.
