Today I will share with you something that I don't know if I have eaten in the last 20 years, but when I was a student or at home, before I entered working life, I ate a lot of this kind of food. I have never eaten this food from my mother's hand, but today my beloved wife is organizing it. I didn't understand at first, yesterday she told me that banana leaves can be found near our house, and I said yes. When I went out for a morning walk in the morning, I saw many banana trees on the side of the road. The way I used to do it in the village, when I cooked in a clay oven, and after cooking was finished, I would put fish in a banana leaf inside the hot coals, especially those fish that had become a little soft and would break if cooked normally. Then we would take them out and eat them. It was so much fun, and my wife was cooking with sea fish on a gas stove. This incident happened in the morning, but I couldn't take it because I couldn't wait. It was office time. I will eat it at night.

Today, after coming to the office after finishing some official work, I went to the place where the scrap is kept. For many years, this kind of fresh rod has been coming from outside the country. This rod is mainly coming from Brazil; after unloading the container, I saw a lot of excellent goods coming. The decision is coming from the office that all such goods will not be melted. The price at which the LC was purchased will be sold at a higher price, so these have been kept separately in a specific place. Other goods are also coming with these, but these are very rare goods. This is our old one, kept together.

Today, the mill has been started after the arrival of scrap from outside the country. Where the mill runs for 24 hours, it is becoming difficult to run it for 18 hours. The current situation in the country and the global war situation combined are not good at all. However, the fact that the mill has been started after the arrival of the goods is a big deal. The temperature here is always 1500-1600 degrees Celsius; those who work here risk their lives, and all those who work work for high remuneration. Sometimes, if I go to see it, I see it from afar; it is not possible for me to go closer. Even then, I took a picture from afar with my mobile phone.

A few trees have been planted in front of our factory gate, which will help to maintain the balance of the environment to some extent. If other owners had the same mentality as our office owners, how much better the environment would be if these trees were planted next to each factory or in front of the gate. But no one wants to do it. Everyone wants to earn money, but no one thinks about the environment. But our office chairman, sir, is a very kind-hearted person. He has arranged to plant such trees in front of each of our gates, which is very nice to see. The magenta color of these flowers is mesmerizing. This color is one of my favorites.

After I went home from the office, my wife told me that the sea fish and spices I had put on banana leaves in the morning were ready. We were waiting for you to come home from the office, but you actually opened it. When I came back, freshened up, my wife was opening it in front of me. The smell that came out after opening the banana leaves reminded me of my mother from the past. I told my wife, "You remind me of the food my mother used to make." How can I thank you?
