After a long time, I went out this morning. I have been going out for the past few days. I was not feeling well. Today I feel a little better, so I went out for a morning walk a little late in the morning. We were near the railway line earlier. Now I have gone a little further, but not too far. I have been shown to a homeopathic doctor, and a small lump has grown in one part of my body, which is called a tumor in medical terms. I have to take it in the morning on an empty stomach and one hour after eating. I took the medicine before going out and will have to take the medicine after coming back from outside. It's still early morning because I haven't eaten rice in so many mornings. But I have to eat something, or I can't take medicine. There are bananas at home, so my wife is telling me to eat bananas with muri. Her idea was very good. So I ate bananas with muri, and it felt good.

After many months, our house has been filled with yogurt. I don't like yogurt in the market, but my daughter likes yogurt a lot. My wife is the master of this yogurt. For a long time, my daughter has been saying that she should either make yogurt at home or buy it from the market. To fill the yogurt in the house, you will first need milk and sour yogurt. If someone likes to eat sweets, then they have to add sugar. This is how yogurt can be made at home in a short time. Which I made. She made it so well at home that even if you turn the yogurt pot upside down, it will not fall. If someone sees it, they will think it is yogurt bought from the market. This morning, before going to the office, they gave me yogurt to test first. Should I test it? It looked very good at first, and it will definitely taste good. After eating it, it really did.

After a long time, I bought tilapia fish for my home. This fish is not usually for home use. Because I want to eat tilapia at home, even if I do, I have to eat it. To tell the truth, what would have happened if there were no pangasius and tilapia fish in the market? Nowadays, when you go to the fish market, you can understand how much the price of fish was a year ago and how much it is now. Earlier, meat was eaten occasionally, and now meat has become a dream. Now, meat is not eaten anymore. I feel that after the next two or three years, fish will not be eaten much either. I buy fish for my home mostly from rivers or seas because the price of these fish is relatively low, but I buy the fish that is available in the river at a lower price. Today I am saying that this fish would be delicious if roasted well with onion and garlic. I think I will eat it today, even if it is in small quantities.

Today, the work pressure in our factory is a little less, because the factory will be closed for 4-5 days. After finishing some office work, I went inside the factory to check the status of production. Production is going on fairly well. The production unit will be closed tonight because due to lack of sufficient raw materials, production will have to be kept at night. The production will continue till 11 pm, so I went to discuss with those in charge of production so that there is no disruption in the production. The reason is that there is not enough supply of the refactoring items needed for production. If the production is closed at night, then there is no problem. I took a picture of the furnace where scrap melting is done, sharing with you how risky their work is.
