I went to Dhaka to buy parts for an incubator to hatch European quail eggs.

Assalamu alaikum, everyone. I am @imranhassan from #Bangladesh

How are you all? I hope you are well. By the grace of God, I am also well today. I will share with you some products for incubators from Dhaka, Gulistan, and Nawabpur Bazaar.

For some time now I have been raising some quail birds in my roof garden, which are Japanese quail birds, and their weight is very low. Now I want to shift to another breed, which is the European White Zyan Cootonic quail. I have collected 20 seed eggs of European birds from a farmer online; these need to be hatched with an incubator. So let's share with you how I went to Dhaka and I made an incubator for 2500 taka to 2000 taka within 700 taka.

First I took a bus from our Ruposhi bus stand in Rupganj to Dhaka's Gulistan. From there I had an order for some electrical products from an elder brother's shop and went to Sundarban Square Supermarket to buy them, which I had shared with you earlier. After going there, I made some electrical wires, bulb holders, and socket boards.

Then I looked around for some fan capacitors and some small electronics products and bought them for that big brother's shop. I was given a budget of ten thousand taka to buy his products. He trusted me a lot, so I bought the products. It was very rainy that day. It rained all day, so I had to walk around with an umbrella.

Then I left the Sundarban Square Super Market and went to the Electronics Ibrahim Market. It was raining a lot. There was a crowd on the streets, but there were no people here. Our electronics market is located opposite the Taj Electronic Super Market to the east.

Then I have a shop I know, Zahir Electronics; from there I always buy products regularly, which are electronic products. No electrical products are available here, so I have to buy electrical products from the Sundarban Square Super Market. Then, to buy a cockpit sheet, I went to the Government Employees Hospital in the west of Gulistan in Dhaka. I went there and bought a cockpit sheet from the shop.

HW-W3002 AC controller: you can see it controls the temperature. I set it between 37.2 and 37.7, and an AC halogen bulb will turn on and off. Then you can see a humidity meter; here it is. Basically, when you put the eggs in the incubator, you have to keep it inside at 45 to 55 for 15 days to keep an eye on them.

Then you can see a 12-volt cooling fan through it; the hot air inside will spread around so that all the eggs get air, and to run it, you will need a DC power supply, which I had and will show in the next post. Then after coming home I worked for a while with the incubator cockpit box. In the first stage I put a plastic glass on top, and in the next steps I will show you step by step how I made it.
