I recently went upstairs and noticed that our eggplant plant had produced a beautiful, healthy eggplant. Seeing it hanging from the plant filled me with happiness, and I couldn't resist taking a photograph to preserve the moment. Growing vegetables on a rooftop is not only an enjoyable hobby but also a healthy and environmentally friendly practice. Even in a small space, we can cultivate fresh vegetables with proper care, sunlight, regular watering, and organic fertilizer. Watching a tiny flower gradually develop into a fresh eggplant is truly a rewarding experience. The eggplant in the picture looks fresh, glossy, and healthy, with a rich purple color that indicates good growth. Every time I see vegetables growing naturally in our own garden, I feel proud because they are free from harmful chemicals and pesticides. Homegrown vegetables are always fresher, tastier, and more nutritious than many vegetables available in the market. Gardening also provides mental peace and reduces stress. Spending a few minutes every morning or evening taking care of the plants helps me feel relaxed and connected with nature. It is amazing how a simple rooftop garden can bring so much joy to our daily lives while also contributing to a greener environment. This successful harvest has inspired me to continue planting more vegetables in our rooftop garden. I believe that everyone who has a little unused space at home should try growing at least a few plants. It is a wonderful way to enjoy fresh food, save money, and experience the satisfaction of harvesting vegetables with your own hands.

Today, I am excited to share a beautiful experience from our rooftop garden. When I visited the rooftop this morning, I was delighted to see two gorgeous hibiscus flowers blooming beautifully. Their fresh colors and delicate petals made the garden look even more attractive, so I captured a couple of photographs with my mobile phone. The most fascinating part of our rooftop garden is that we have a unique hibiscus plant that produces flowers in two different colors on the same plant. One flower is a vibrant red, while the other has a soft peach-orange shade with a lovely pink center. This rare combination makes the plant truly special and attracts the attention of everyone who visits our rooftop. My wife was especially happy after seeing these beautiful flowers. In our family, flowers are not only admired for their beauty but also have spiritual importance. Today, these fresh hibiscus flowers will be offered during our worship ceremony. Using flowers grown with our own care and love makes the prayer feel even more meaningful and brings a special sense of peace and devotion. Maintaining a rooftop garden has become one of our favorite activities. Every day we water the plants, remove dry leaves, and ensure they receive enough sunlight. Watching the plants grow and bloom reminds us that patience, love, and proper care always bring beautiful results. Every new flower is a small reward for our dedication. The vibrant colors of these hibiscus flowers also attract butterflies and bees, making our rooftop feel like a small piece of nature in the middle of the busy city. Spending a few peaceful moments among the flowers refreshes our minds and fills our hearts with happiness. I feel truly grateful to have such a wonderful rooftop garden where nature continues to surprise us with its beauty. I would like to share a special moment from my morning. I woke up very early because I did not want to miss the World Cup football match. As a passionate supporter of Argentina, every match of my favorite team is very important to me. Whenever Argentina plays, I make sure to watch the game from beginning to end. It does not matter whether the match is scheduled late at night or early in the morning—I always try my best to be in front of the television. Supporting my favorite team has become a tradition and a source of great excitement for me. This morning, I turned on the television with great enthusiasm and enjoyed watching the match. Before the game started, I even took a selfie to capture the memorable moment. Watching football is always more enjoyable when your favorite team is playing, and every pass, attack, and goal keeps you on the edge of your seat. Argentina has earned the love of millions of football fans around the world because of its rich football history, talented players, and never-give-up attitude. Their teamwork, skill, and determination inspire me every time they step onto the field. Win or lose, I will always remain a loyal supporter of Argentina because true fans stand by their team in every situation. I would like to share a brief update about an important machine in our factory. The picture shows our factory's 950 kW electric motor, which has been out of service for nearly six months. This motor is a vital part of our production process, so its failure has created significant challenges for the factory. Previously, the motor was sent to an external repair workshop with the hope that it could be restored. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, they were unable to fix the problem. As a result, the motor was returned to our factory without a successful repair. After careful discussion, the management finally decided to assign the repair work to our own electrical maintenance team. Our experienced electricians have already started inspecting the motor, identifying the damaged components, and planning the necessary repairs. We are hopeful that, with their skills and dedication, the motor will soon be back in operation. This experience reminds us that technical expertise, teamwork, and determination are essential in solving complex industrial problems. I sincerely hope our electrical team will successfully repair this valuable motor and help restore normal production as quickly as possible.

We faced an unexpected problem at our factory. The hydraulic horn of one of our cranes suddenly stopped working. The first picture shows the faulty hydraulic horn. Although it may look like a small component, it plays a very important role in ensuring workplace safety. Before moving or lifting heavy materials, the crane operator uses the horn to alert nearby workers. Without a functioning horn, operating the crane becomes extremely risky and increases the possibility of accidents. After inspecting the horn, our maintenance team started checking whether it could be repaired. If the damage is beyond repair, the company will purchase a new hydraulic horn as soon as possible. In an industrial environment, safety should always be the highest priority, and no machine should be operated without its essential safety equipment. After completing all my office responsibilities, I was about to leave for home when one of my favorite colleagues invited me to enjoy some fresh oranges. The second picture shows the delicious orange slices that we shared together. It was a simple gesture, but it made the end of the workday much more enjoyable. The sweet and juicy oranges refreshed my body and mind after a busy day at the factory. Moments like these remind me that a workplace is not only about machines and responsibilities but also about friendship, teamwork, and caring for one another. Sharing a healthy snack with colleagues strengthens our relationships and creates a positive working environment. Overall, it was a day filled with both challenges and pleasant moments. I sincerely hope the crane's hydraulic horn will be repaired or replaced quickly so that all operations can continue safely. At the same time, I am grateful to my colleague for ending the day with such a thoughtful and refreshing treat.
