Yogurt is my favorite food, and my daughter also likes it a lot. My family does not eat any dairy products because the doctor has forbidden it. She also likes yogurt, but now she does not eat it due to various health problems. The most famous yogurt in Bangladesh is Bogra yogurt. Nowadays, it is not possible to buy yogurt at the price it is. This yogurt looks like Bogra yogurt. But these two are made at home by my beloved wife. I have milk at home and made yogurt by fermenting the milk last night. My wife can make yogurt well at home. Yogurt is a dairy product that is made from cow's milk. Yogurt has many health benefits; it contains calcium and protein. Yogurt contains vitamin B2, vitamin B12, potassium, and magnesium. My daughter likes yogurt more than sweets, so I mainly make yogurt at home. However, it is a thousand times better than the yogurt in the market, it is almost half the price of the price available in the market, and after calculating it, it costs half the price. From now on, I am thinking that I will not buy yogurt from the market anymore and will make yogurt at home.

This morning, I went out for a morning walk. I went about 7 kilometers away from my house, and there is a market there where you can get everything in the morning. When I arrived, I went to the market, and there were several types of fish. Today, fresh Rui fish was available. The price of fish is very high in the area where I live. If I had bought the fish I bought here from our market, I would have had to pay an additional 100-150 taka per kg. Since the price here is low, I bought a Rui fish. When I buy a fish from the market, it is cut from the market. The house is not good. In the morning, my wife is busy cooking. I told my wife that I would help you by cutting the fish. My wife said, Okay, then cut it. I separated the meat from the fish and then started cutting it. I have never cut fish when my wife is here, but I cut it today. However, today's fish is very fresh. When you cut the fish, you can tell whether it is good or bad.

Today I bought fresh vegetables, all kinds of vegetables are my favorite. But the sad thing is that no one eats vegetables at home except me. My daughter doesn't want to eat vegetables; her mother asks her a lot or presses her to eat them. My wife also used to like them, but her doctor forbade her from eating vegetables due to her IBS problem. She hasn't eaten vegetables since the doctor forbade her. Sometimes she tries a little and has problems after eating them. Whenever I buy vegetables, I don't buy more than one bunch. When I cook vegetables at home, I have to eat three-quarters of them.

Today, a shopkeeper was selling litchis next to the railway line from the office. I liked the litchis. This is the first time I have seen such litchis this year. I asked the shopkeeper where these litchis are from. The shopkeeper said they are from Dinajpur. I always come and go by this way, the man knows me, I believe he will not lie to me. I am not interested in buying litchi. Because my daughter got sick last year because of this litchi. Since then, I have stopped eating litchi. I bought 50 pieces as a test on the 31st of last month. My daughter is a little afraid of eating litchi. Even after I took it home, she was not very happy. She ate it, but much less than before. Today's litchis seem fresh and good to me. The price of litchis is also very high today. So I thought that even if it is the only fruit of the year, it is more expensive, I will buy some litchis especially for my daughter at home. I have to remove the litchi inside it somehow.

I occasionally see a shopkeeper selling vegetables under the flyover adjacent to the railway line; his vegetables seem fresh to me. He sells many types of vegetables; all of them seem fresh and crisp. Today I saw gourd leaves from him, when I see leaves from him, I feel like eating them raw. I thought for a while about whether to buy the leaves or not. Because I was buying date leaves in the morning. Among all the vegetables, gourd is my favorite, and my daughter also eats it. I bought a bunch. After taking it home, my wife asked me, "You bought vegetables in the morning, why are you coming back now?" Later, I told her that these vegetables are very fresh, so I bought them. After bringing them home, I showed them to her.
