Today I will write something about a topic in our factory, which is the heart of the mill. You can see in this picture the gear pinion of the main roughing of our hot rolling mill. Due to which the mill was closed for 10 days. If this pinion is damaged in any way, it takes 10-12 hours to install the spare pinion. We have two gearboxes in our mill. One is removed, and the other is installed. This is basically a setup for the entire mill, which was opened part by part today with the help of the mechanical team. Our mill foreman called me and took me to the sports to see. I went and had a good look at how many teeth are on a pinion because the repair bill will depend on the teeth. It will cost an estimated Rs 10-12 lakhs to repair it completely, and if it is bought new, it will cost Rs 60-70 lakhs. We are currently considering the repair. The reason for uploading these photos is that all of them will be shown to the management in the office.

Every morning, my wife wakes up fresh and cooks. We all eat rice for breakfast. In the morning, my daughter eats rice before going to school, and I eat rice before coming to the office. Not only that, I also bring lunch with me when I come to the office. My wife thanks me a lot for this because I have many colleagues in my office who don't bring lunch from home. After all, their wives don't cook in the morning. I'm fine in that regard. Today I'll share a little of my lunch with you. Today's lunch items were dal, bhaji, and fish fry. Simple yet extraordinary food, especially for me. I am happy to be able to spend my life like this, thank God.

For the past few days, we have been facing a huge problem in one of our departments in a sector which is not possible to explain because otherwise production is not possible. This is a compressor with a 55 kW capacity. This compressor was purchased six months ago; the full bill has not been paid till now. However, a part inside the compressor has broken, which cannot be fixed by any of our people here. The people we bought it from are coming themselves, but nothing has been done. This product originally comes from China. The people we bought it from imported it from China. Finally, they are coming from China to fix it. If not, then the damaged part will have to be bought and installed.

This is a view of our mill starting its first production today. This picture is of the re-heating furnace, where the billet is heated only with gas; the temperature of the billet being heated is 1600 degrees. Today, production has resumed after a full day and in the steel sector, it is called the cooling bed. The cooling bed is called the gutter, where the rod comes after it is finished, and then sent to the delivery section. This picture is of a scene I took on my mobile phone, standing in front of my room, right where I sit. Sometimes I stand outside and enjoy this scene, and it's best when it's raining.
