Today being 12th June 2026, is a democracy day in Nigeria, which is a public holiday in the whole of Nigeria. As it is a work-free day, I used the opportunity to relax at home, eating, resting, and sleeping to build up my strength and strengthen my health.

Morning

I ate custard and fried buns. After I finished eating the custard and fried buns, I then drank 1 sachet of pure water.

Since it is a public holiday, I relaxed by going through my phone and playing music 🎵 🎶 to keep me energized. Around 11 am, I drank another sachet of water, which I then take a nap for about an hour plus. I slept till afternoon.


Afternoon

Afternoon around 1 pm, I drank 1 sachet and strengthened my body as I woke up from sleep. Also, I ate fruit, which was a watermelon and a carrot.

This is after I feel much better because of how I rested during the day and the fruits that I ate. Although I felt tooth gum pain, which often happens to me once in a while, I felt relaxed thinking everything would be alright with me in the evening.


Night

Due to the tooth gum pain that I felt, I went to a drug store and bought drugs for my tooth pain. I kept the drugs and took them after I finished eating. I ate bitterleaf soup and garri.

I drank 1 sachet of water and took the drugs that I bought after I finished eating. I felt better and in good health and spirits throughout the night. My good spirits within the night motivated me to write and publish this diary today.
