I agree that we need to stay positive good things are starting to happen. I agree that change can be scary, but not changing, in the long run, creates problems that could inhibit the long term growth of Steem.
I think having the SPS should give us leverage and funds to fix any arising issue.

I agree we are in the early stages of a whole new way of doing things. Having a fund for projects will help fix and improve the ecosystem. I see this feature of the hardfork as an opportunity for growth.
