Today is another stunner here where i live with a temp of 20 degrees and blue sky sunshine, perfect for an early morning 7K walk around.

I don't have any work to do today but did a bit over the weekend. so today is just doing the washing and getting dinner ready later + a couple of walkies.

Todays smoothie i just had was a very nice one with some baby beets added to the mix, i had 🍎🍌Feijoa with some frozen fruit, added some pistachio's and finally a baby beet.

Smudge is also enjoying the sunshine sitting right next me trying to telepathically make me feed him.

We are having Roast chicken with potatoes and vegetable for dinner which should be nice, i got some garlic bread at the supermarket this morning so we are all set.

I hope your Tuesday is going as good as mine is.
