Ha! It was my favourite hotel (Citizen-M) and it was on top of the subway stop bringing me back to the train station next day. If I stay somewhere for 1 night I tend to go for the most convenient place so it saves me a lot of time for research - also having mobility problems I can't 'afford' cheaper hotels if they require more walking or extra taxi trips :-)
Ah OK, I didn't figure that into the equation.
It was worth every STEEM cent though! :D I had some great views from my hotel window plus their beds are amazing so I slept like a baby ;-)
