You should have a look at Kimsufi: http://kimsufi.com/ they have the cheapest dedicated servers in my opinion(but they are pretty low spec) and kimsufi is a sub company of OVH. I've also had servers with OVH before and I am very happy with the service and with what I get for what I pay. I've also used hetzner before, also good just a bit pricey.
