This is the hunt of the day so far for me. Knowledge is key to success and this applies to cooking as well. Many people have absolutely no idea about cooking or grocery shopping and this is how a huge part of food is wasted every day while millions are living in hunger and poverty.
I'd say the more people are educated, the better for us.
