My name is Florence and I'm passionate Foodistin and photographer. Named (but pronounced in the French) after a town in Italy. My love for Asian food is already known, as it soon goes to Asia I thought I'll tell you a little bit of my favorite Asian food something.  Stinky tofu臭豆腐( Chou Doufu)

 We start immediately with a street food for advanced, Stinky tofu, a delicacy that spreads throughout China and Taiwan and is popular. All the more smelly the better!  Stinky tofu is fermented in a spice Lake and can have different tastes. It is mostly fried on the street. Otherwise you can still absorb it, fry, boil, thus actually possible to do everything in order.
