I saw the post of that screenshot the day it was posted.
Unlike most, I had a look at saw it was bullshit.
So if it was broken I would have seen the same as the screenshot

I explained it here and showed how not only was it actually close, it was actually lower than reality and provide the math. I know someone as simple as you won’t be able to follow along with the math. I also mention how the screenshot was off due to a bug.
I know this one will be especially hard for you to handle but here is the post where the dev of steem.supply shows the bug and explains he fixed it.

A few mins after the original post that claimed he was taking 2% of the reward pool. I looked and it was 0.2%
