No problem. Things got crazy after this HF. In a good way. I hope changes will be positive in long run also. A lot of people were given a lot of voting power - it is exiting and a little frigtening.
He's referring to the number in parentheses that some people have under their Steem Power. It represents "delegated" SP, basically on loan from someone else.
I was made money from a steemgig and payed it forward by doing another steem gig that I just paid out all my SBD's, but this is a great idea! and as soon as I get some SBD's I will hop on this #payitforward bandwagon too! Thanks for all that your doing! And from what I've read this is an @berniesanders project. A big whale with a big heart, and a really good sense for entrepreneurship for making this randowhale and getting some extra bang for his voting power, while still managing to help us minnows out! What is "delegated power"? This is the first time I hear this term and sounds quite interesting - I'd be happy to read a detailed explanation! :)
Basically, an account can loan some or all of its voting power to another account, to do curating for them.
