Yes. Delegated bandwidth is the term I was looking for. Thanks. With respect to namesquatting. Maybe automatic auctions on dictionary words could be a solution. Or just adding a fixed cost to registering popular words.
There must be an immutable blockchain, @mughat. They already tried this with Ethereum and it did not work out well for anyone.
I agree. My proposal changes nothing with respect to immutability.
