Daily Steem Price Update 2/8/2026
Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 2/8/2026, under the hood it's been a 9 year project.
We have been posting here since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016, I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller ones.
There as never been a single power-down made on this account for all those active years, our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. Doing such things rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.
Casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. We also try to use some of that Steem to buy even more, we are a top 300 Steem investor. That is not to brag but simply proof of work.

Life's Diary Notes 📕🖊
Aug 2026- The body continues to fight this condition placed upon me. Since falling sick and then fighting for my rights to treatment the zombie doctors took me to the range of healing "possibly" up to 65% or 75% "maybe it was even less" of a full recovery. Reaching that point the zombie doctors could no longer help me, so I reached out to a specialist. I'm now on day 185 of the specialist treatment plan. It's been helping me to slowly minimize symptoms, keeping them calmer and less painful. But sadly not fully curing. The few bad occurrences I had since this treatment only happened during the first 90 days cycle. Which did place me worried that perhaps there may still be further underlining issues 🙁 but I guess for the moment it's a problem for later. Since the first 90 day cycle of treatment I'm now on even more medication. This initially caused me a lot of nausea, almost daily, but it fixed my side pains. And that nausea I just mentioned well I rarely get that now. It also seems to lesser the inflammation on my legs, I had, and passed a 30 day streak where the inflammation on my legs as been minimal. I guess it could still return, but I can only hope not. I suppose I must have faith that this is all a sign towards improvement. I'm now on my 3rd cycle of another 90 days😫. Obtaining the treatment continues to be a challenge as I have to keep fighting the pharmacy to allow me excess to medicine. Which is not right, I shouldn't have to be doing this while unwell since having already gone through the correct and "yet costly" process.
I was back to work today for another early morning shift. Yes it was suppose to be my day off. Yesterday the extra work was set very late, and so I was the one called to deal with it today. I didn't mind for the extra money and it shouldn't be for too long. At least I managed to sleep for nearly 7 hours last night. So it's possible...however this likely only happened because I was really exhausted. This was because of previously having a horrible nights sleep, this the fault of the heat again but also a lot of stress and some is unknown as to why I couldn't sleep. With the lack of sleep it placed me unwell, similar to the other day but thankfully not as bad. Still going to work this morning I was in a good mood knowing it will be my boss working this morning. I know that's what I thought yesterday and instead of my boss I was shattered to see it was my least favourite superior. That made for a very annoying day dealing with her nonsense. Arriving to work and getting updated on the damage I honestly thought it wasn't that bad. Especially since I will start by doing all the things I typically do. Well only have to get task1 and 2 done, which were annoyingly a bit more that usual. The other guy was doing a fantastic job with the extra work, so there were even a few occasions I took it easy. In the end when it came to his time to leave he said there were a few things that still needed sorting and if I could get them done since the new guy coming in to take over us wouldn't know what to do. I said sure and for him not too worry. Well it was 15 minutes past the hour and the new guy had not showed up. My boss also noticed and started frantically calling him. To which he was being put in voicemail. My boss was not happy and I of course already knew what this would mean. And so my boss told me he needs me to stay another few hours. I kind of wanted it to happen for the money, but was right that it got very hectic later and so got exhausted again.
The other day speaking with my least favourite superior as she got Big Dug to summon for me. Going over to her she explained that our company had been brought by someone else. Of course my immediate thought was, don't tell me the treat of closing down once again is looming. Well in one way yes this is a fact, however it would be really odd to buy out a company and then shut them down. I also read the emails later about this news and honestly I found the superiors explanation to be a long way off what was actually said in the emails. A lot going on the past few days, giving me little time for Steem or updating posts. And to be fair not much had been updated because of my side Steemit as mostly down for the day. But it looks like by next week things will calm down significantly. Well it was suppose to start today but that didn't go to plan. As for the leak under the kitchen sink I managed to fix it but still need to patch it up some more since there's a tiny bit of water escaping. There just as been no time lately and I have to check the pipes of the one in the bathroom too. Well hope you all have a good day or night and I will hopefully see you on the next Steemit post.
