it's not just on social media it's also in offices that i have worked in the past every office has a person that asks if you can bring him some coffee and he will never return the favour. voted and resteemed
LoL yes there is always that guy isn't there...always want but can't return. Its a human nature thing I guess but definitely doesn't go far in platforms like this, might work a few times but eventually a person ends up with a lot of dead ends for begging and not providing that great content for upvotes.
