I try to make it a point to check out people as I come across them, but rarely do I follow a person immediately. I will usually need to see three or four things from someone before I follow them, and comments are especially important to watch. I find being selected in adding people to my follow list helps keep my feed cleaner and easier to see the people I enjoy reading.
I don't take any offense to people un-following me , I know that I am not everyone's cup of tea. Some like their tea sweet and others plain un- sweet so that is no big deal.
I did recently send a thank you note to a fella who un-followed me, I had never had any interaction with him so I checked his blog out and discovered a piece of information that was very interesting, had he not dropped me I would have never noticed him.
It may have been a first for this platform, sending a thank you to someone who kicked you to the curb like an old can.
Consistency is a big part of my time, here as well. People know that I will post one thing a day at least. I don't try and overload people with massive amounts of posts.
We seem to think alike on some things, so I may end up taking you up on your promise.
