tl;dr you should be able to take your steemit account to zero working within the weekly power down structure no matter the balance.
Is there still an issue?
based on your screengrab, it worked. The powerdown small enough that I thought nothing was happening.
I don't really understand why pretty much all transactions show in your wallet on your profile but the power down transaction doesn't when it occurs. Seems silly.
