Ingredients:
Pumpkin. 3p
Yogurt. 1/2 kg
Tomatoes. 3,4
Green chilli. 3,4
Salt.according your taste
Mint .8,10 leaves (optional)
Garlic 🧄 5,7 p
Oil 2 ts
Onion 🧅 2,3p
Green coriander (optional)
How to make:
Peel the pumpkin, grate it or cut it into cubes. Add a little water to a saucepan and boil the pumpkin for three to four minutes until it becomes soft. Let the cooked pumpkin cool down, then squeeze it with your hands to remove the excess water.
Yogurt
Beat the yogurt well so that it becomes smooth. Add boiled pumpkin, salt, cumin, black pepper, green chili, coriander and if desired, a little chaat masala and mix it. Keep it in the refrigerator for some time.
